SHIPPING
Due to the nature of our aromatherapy products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 2-3 weeks to ship, unless otherwise notified by email. Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship the next business day. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact info@betterlivingnaturals.com to place a special order.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item.

To make a return, please email info@betterlivingnaturals.com to receive a Return Form before sending your return. This Return Form must be included in your return package. Please fill out the form completely. All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (i.e. not including a Better Living Naturals Return Form, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the order) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted.
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Better Living Naturals does not accept damaged merchandise. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt. If an item you order is not available we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. Better Living Naturals, Inc. inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund. Better Living Naturals, Inc. is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of Better Living Naturals, Inc.

Exchange / Store Credit Policy: A store credit will be issued for future purchases at Better Living Naturals, Inc. If you wish to exchange an item, carefully pack the product in sufficient padding and ship to the address listed below. If you choose to ship with your own courier, please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages, so be sure to insure and track your package.

All lava stones and beads are handpicked for each piece of aromatherapy jewelry. When working with lava stones and beads, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
